Pricing – All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD$)
Ordering – Online orders can be placed with at least two days’ notice, subject to our availability. All orders require full payment at the time of ordering. Payments are completed online via the highly secure payment gateway Stripe. To ensure your privacy and security, all the important information which you are providing during the online payment is encrypted with an SSL certificate provided by the WordPress website

Order Cancellations – If you want to cancel your order, please inform us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. In this situation, the cancellation refunds are subject to a 20% fee to cover costs related to the order.
No refunds will be provided for order cancellations after that period (3-days’ notice period) due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order.
All order cancellations must be submitted in writing to quince.cakes@gmail.com. Once we received your email notification we will confirm and reply to you.
Order Changes – If we are able, changes are acceptable up to 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. All changes must be submitted to quince.cakes@gmail.com
Cake decorations can vary due to seasonal products availability and transportability.
Allergens – All our products are made in the same working environment so they could contain potential allergens like eggs, milk, flour (gluten), sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts.
